Practices & Methods

Client satisfaction is the prime agenda at Inforcom. May it be Software Development, Data Processing, Documentation, Web site development, standard development and management approach is practiced for efficient and quality creations. Inforcom practice the standard SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodology. From design table to development followed by its implementation, the tasks for the essential stages are carried out providing the optimum time. This results in project completion as per the timeline. The budget constraint from the vendor as well as the developer is under constant monitoring. At Inforcom we believe in understanding the domain of the project. The knowledge of the industry / application area, the user class, the level of the users, the methodology and the approach in routine etc. can improve the ultimate result of the product. Further the study of the expectations produces acceptable and smoothly integrate-able end product. The URS – User Requirement Specification study is the prime and prominent step as well as the initial task. This leads to an efficient Design Document. These are the basis of the Prototype model. The System Architecture is the next step – the first technical step. Skilled analysts carry out the structured design of the software application / system. Technical Diagrams, Data Flows, Table Structures, Variables and Fields etc. detailing is carried out to create a foundation. The Change Controland Impact Analysis are studied at the time of designing. This avails quick actions for any changes required by the clients after the initial runs. Though validations are not required except for the life science projects, the change control documentation are as per the international compliance methods. The next step is the creation – the Programming . This development work is a phase wise approach as per the documented plan created and evaluated in earlier stage, followed by reviews. Pilot projects are created for clients to understand the layout aspects. The next step is Testing. The standard tests are followed. All though not required, we follow the Regulatory compliance level Validations. We provide a live run at the client to offer hands on experience as well to cover the field test aspects. Finishing is an innovative step we carry out to add incremental checks. This is followed by the client side qualification tasks with reports. The Installation process is a critical planned and documented step. The release of the deliverables is the next and last step. Acknowledgment documents with post installation activities are carried out to complete the delivery cycle. 'You sell while you deliver and you deliver while you sell', is the motto with us.
