The Product: ‘InforTel’ - a simple in concept and user friendly tool for your personalised communication management and telephone book printing.

This product is useful to anybody and everybody to manage their contacts. May it be a business house, industry, student, house wife, call center, ...... InforTel is a compact Communication Solution.

(InforTel will be constantly upgraded with more com. features like Telephone Operator Panel, Fax / SMS / Email Management, Activity Log by Date, User and Activity Type.

InforTel is very simple to use:

Enter details of your contact.
Put them in various groups - defined by you.
Select your criteria.
Filter the unwanted names.
Select phone book structure OR select alphabets of interet.
Print phone book or Lables.

A simple user friendly form is availed to enter the contacts. Various fields with data input validations are given. This makes the entry errorless and fast. On screen instructions are provided for easy data entry process.

Flexibility is offered for the 'Title' field to cover any company / personal information. Fixed options (with add and edit option) are avalied to avoid spelling mistake related inconsistancies.

A data entry tool without Search facility is incompletep.
A user friendly Search Form is provided with many commonly used criteria.

The entries satisfying the critria are listed and the user can open an entry directly.

A Contact Clasification feature is provided to group the contacts. (e.g. hardware, electric, plumbing, stock realted, etc.)

These categories can be defined by a User. A form to enter / change various categories is provided.

Another form can be used to select the category of the Contact being entered by just a click of the mouse.

A contact can be assinged multiple catgories also.

This is the first step towards generating your personalised Telephone Book.

This form assists the user to include contact based on various criteria.

The criteria are: last name, first name, city, address. age, sex, zip code, are code, category etc.

Before moving to the next step, it is also possible to view the count of the contact satisfying the criteria given.

The previous step prepares a list of all the contacts that satisfy the criteria.

The Exclude Entries option allows the user to exclude certain 'unwanted' entries.

Just a mouse click can eliminate an unwanted entry.

The standard features like 'Select All' and 'Unselect All' are also provided.

This is the last step in preparing the telephone book.

Here the user selects the criteria by which the contacts have to be ordred by i.e. First Name, Last Name and Company Name.

The user can also make the book with all the contact (A to Z) or can select only the contacts that start from 'A's or 'B's, or 'P's and 'R's, etc.

The telephone book is shown on the screen in Landscape mode to accomodate more details. The fields shown are:

The Full name

Company Name

Telephone, Fax o. for Office and Residence

Email and Web address

The Category of the contact
