Organization Activity Tracking & Statistics ( OATS)
application is an useful tool for various organizations who plan and handle
events of mass participation.
This application offers systematic and detailed
data entry and storage facility followed by detailed reporting.
Data entry form is offered to enter the basic details of an event. The
fields offered are event no, event name, locations, dates, controlling
authority and comments etc. (figure - 1)
The detailed fields are statistical data input fields for each events.
Here the pre-defined sub sections of each activity are shown in a grid.
The user defined event operation categories get auto listed in the same
grid giving a 2-dimentional data entry table. (figure - 2)

As the data is inserted, an area with statistical data gets
auto updated giving the current status. (figure -2)
The statistical data reported are count based, amount
based as well as percentage based.

Emphasis is given on the search form as this application is data entry based
and multiple different event shall be stored here. The search criteria are
the basic categories. Other searchable fields are the dates, event no etc.
with multiple combinations also. (figure -3)
The matching results are initially populated in a table format. The user
can select one and view its full detailes or can also opt
for a print.

This appliation requires many input for its configurations as there are
data entry categories and sub-level groups also.
User friendly and easy interface is provided for entering the master data
with easy to use buttons like Add New, Delete, Save, discard etc. (figure
- 4)
The master entries created can be reported as a list from the master form
itself.
